Delivery

Cost of delivery to the mainland UK for one item is as follows;

  • FREE Standard (2nd Class) DELIVERY ON ALL PRODUCTS

Returns / Refunds / Replacements

A refund will be offered if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. This refund will not include the cost of delivery. Goods must be returned within 14 days of informing us.

Delivery costs will be refunded if you contact us before the goods have been dispatched.

Refunds will only be made with proof of purchase from L&N Games.

 

Incorrect, damaged or faulty items

Should your items be damaged in transit, are faulty or are incorrect, please contact us by emailing at enquiry@L-NGames.co.uk. Please include your name, address, telephone number and order number along with details of the issue.

Should items received be damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will refund the original delivery charge and the cost of the goods, as per the order, unless a replacement is provided. We will provide you with details on how to return any damaged goods. If a replacement is required, you will not be charged for cost of delivery.

 

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of any items in your possession purchased from us, should you wish to return them. Items must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged and unused, in order for us to process your refund. Please ensure items are returned securely by post as we cannot be held liable for any items that do not reach us. Any refunds made will be completed within 14 days.
